Cold Foil Process:
In cold foil stamping, a photopolymer plate defines the desired design. UV-curable adhesive is applied only to the image area, and the foil is then pressed against the substrate. The foil adheres to the adhesive under UV light, transferring the image with precision and brilliance.

Adhesive paper or laminated films of labels for flexographic using, especially in industries such as cosmetics, personal care wine and beverages, bath & beauty products, etc.
Usage Conditions:
Typically used with Flint glue.
UV LED power: 180-450 W/cm.
Printing speed: 8000 – 10000 sheets/hour
Stamping Tips:
Achieve optimal results by adjusting UV power, speed, and pressure.
Standard Width Format:
640mm or 1280mm.
Thickness: 12μm / other
3-inch core or 6-inch core.
