Standard Grade:

Widely used for wine boxes, cosmetic packaging, greeting cards, book covers, food packaging, mid-to-high grade cigarette boxes, Christmas gifts, patch labels, and more.

XZ Grade:

Designed for premium packaging like high-end cigarette and cosmetic boxes requiring precise gold stamping.

Ideal for small and medium-sized areas.

Provides solid stamping results, excellent slitting performance, clearer lines, and reduced powder residue on the surface.

Stamping Conditions:

Suitable Equipment: 

Vertical, flatbed, swing-arm, or rotary stamping presses

Temperature: 100°C – 130°C

Dwell Time: 0.3 – 1.0 seconds

Stamping Tips:

Adjust temperature, dwell time, and pressure to find the best combination for optimal stamping results.

Ensure the die surface is clean.

Use make-ready materials to ensure even pressure

Make sure the ink on the substrate (if any) is fully dry before stamping
