Main Characteristics:  

Excellent definition with smooth and consistent release

Compatible with all major machine types in the graphics industry

Suitable for printed, unprinted, and coated surfaces

Specially designed for substrates that require additional printing or glazing after hot stamping

 

Recommended Applications:  

Ideal for materials that undergo post-stamping processes such as printing or varnishing, including:

Coated paper

BOPP film

UV-inked paper

PVC, ABS, and other plastic substrates

 

Stamping Conditions:

Compatible with vertical, platen, clam-shell, and cylinder machines.

Recommended temperature: 100°C - 130°C.

Dwell time: 0.3 sec - 1.0 sec.

 

Stamping Tips:  

Adjust temperature, dwell time, and pressure to find the best combination for optimal stamping results.

Ensure the die surface is clean.

Use make-ready materials to ensure even pressure

Storage Conditions

Storage Environment

Temperature: 5°C – 35°C

Relative Humidity: 40% – 75%

Avoid direct sunlight, rain exposure, or environments with high temperature and humidity

It is recommended to store the foil in a dry and well-ventilated indoor warehouse


Prohibited Conditions

Keep away from heat sources (e.g., boilers, heaters, direct sunlight through windows)

Do not store with corrosive or volatile chemicals (e.g., solvents, acids, alkalis, etc.)

Avoid excessive stacking or heavy pressure that may cause foil deformation

If not used for a long period, keep the foil sealed in its original packaging


Shelf Life

Recommended to use within 12 months from the production date

Products beyond the shelf life should be tested in small batches to verify performance before bulk use


Pre-Use Recommendation

Before use, place the foil in the production environment for at least 24 hours to allow temperature and humidity balance, which helps ensure stable stamping performance
